Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our Customer and Logistics Operations team. 


• This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in logistics, customer service, and operations management in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily logistics and delivery operations


• Monitor and coordinate rider activities to ensure timely deliveries


• Provide real-time support to customers via phone, email, or chat


• Resolve delivery issues and escalate complex problems as needed


• Track orders and ensure accurate updates are provided to customers


• Support rider onboarding and documentation processes


• Maintain and update operational databases and dashboards


• Generate daily/weekly operational reports


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery

Requirements

• Recent graduate (Business, Logistics, or related field preferred)


• Preferably Male for Gender Balance and Living within the Ikeja axis


• Strong communication and problem-solving skills


• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment


• Tech-savvy and comfortable using tools like Excel, Google Sheets.


• Availability to work weekends


• Passion for startups, logistics, and excellent customer experience.
