The Junior Estate Surveyor will play a vital role in the supervision and maintenance of all our retail facilities and properties.
The ideal candidate will assist in managing technical issues across stores, coordinate property repairs and maintenance, support fit-outs for new outlets, and ensure accurate documentation of all property-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all store facility repair works and ensure timely resolution of issues
Conduct regular maintenance checks on properties and equipment
Attend to technical issues and facility-related complaints from stores
Support fit-out and setup processes for new store openings
Keep and update records of all company properties, leases, and documentation
Procure and manage all store furniture, fittings, and equipment
Inspect ongoing property and maintenance projects to ensure compliance with standards
Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers when necessary
Requirements
B.Sc. in Estate Management or related field
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience (NYSC experience acceptable)
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Must be willing to travel between store locations as required
A team player with attention to detail and a hands-on approach to facility management.
