We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Bid and Estimating Quantity Surveyor to join our Estimating and Bids Management Department.
This role is crucial to the successful pricing and preparation of tender submissions that support our project acquisition strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Extract and measure quantities from architectural and engineering drawings for accurate cost estimates
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and detailed rate build-ups for labor and materials
Create and manage TRM (Timeline Request Management) templates for tenders
Develop and dispatch RFQs (Request for Quotations) to third-party vendors and follow up on submissions
Analyze vendor quotations and third-party inputs for competitive pricing
Identify and cost project preliminaries to be included in tender submissions
Conduct site visits for better pricing insights and tender accuracy
Compile complete and professional tender submission packages
Support bid/no-bid decisions with relevant data and documentation
Requirements
Candidates should possess a B.Sc./HND in Quantity Surveying
2–3 years of proven experience in bid estimation or a similar QS role
Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and documents
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication, organizational, and team collaboration skills
Professional membership or certification is an added advantage
