Key Responsibilities

Customer Support:




  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns; Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts.

  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management

  • Answering customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat).

  • Regularly reach out to potential customers

Requirements

Education:




  • HND/B.Sc/OND/NCE in relevant and related field.

  • Mandatory in-depth knowledge of EXCEL, POWER POINT & WORD

  • Minimum 5 years plus of sales/marketing and Store keeping/customer service experience.

  • Experience with mobile phones, accessories and electronics technology.



Product Knowledge:




  • Must have conversant knowledge and understanding of the features, uses, and benefits of the business products. (Mobile Phones andAccessories, Electrical Products,Electronics and Solar)



Skills:




  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite: Excel, Power Point, Word and Accounting Software.

  • Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues.
