Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
- Resolving customer complaints and concerns; Handling customer returns, price changes and discounts.
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
- Assist other team members with transactions, receiving goodsand order processing when necessary
- Answering customer inquiries via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Regularly reach out to potential customers
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by building rapport and establishing strong relationships with customers.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while maintaining a positive brand image for the company.
Sales:
- Identifying potential customers and building relationships.
- Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Presenting and demonstrating products or services.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat patronage.
- Maintaining a strong knowledge of products and services.
- Working towards sales goals and quotas.
Requirements
Education:
- HND/B.Sc/OND/NCE in relevant and related field.
- Mandatory in-depth knowledge of EXCEL, POWER POINT & WORD
- Minimum 5 years plus of sales/marketing and Store keeping/customer service experience.
- Experience with mobile phones, accessories and electronics technology.
Product Knowledge:
- Must have conversant knowledge and understanding of the features, uses, and benefits of the business products. (Mobile Phones andAccessories, Electrical Products,Electronics and Solar)
Skills:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Suite: Excel, Power Point, Word and Accounting Software.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve customer issues.
