Duties and Responsibilities




  • Suggest and implement innovative marketing strategies and ideas.

  • Recommending strategies to position the brand for growth.

  • Analyzing brands of competitors, consumer trends, and shopping behavior.

  • Brand Positioning

  • Brand identity

  • Monitoring the performance of a brand through key performance indicators (KPI).

  • Organizing product launches and promotional events

  • Oversee design projects and creative workflows from conception to delivery.

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of marketing campaigns, actively participating in product launches and promotion initiatives.

  • Ensure brand consistency in the look, tone, and feel across all deliverables.

  • Managing a marketing executive working for the brand.

  • Working with advertising agencies to manage the brand’s marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver on brand objectives

  • Internal & External Stakeholder Management.

  • Planning, developing, training, and empowering existing down-line human resources to take on additional and higher responsibilities.



Requirements




  • Education: B.Sc, HND in marketing or any related field

  • 5 to 10 years of Experience

  • Technical Competencies: Marketing Strategy Development, Graphic Design, Data Analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, Brand Management, Digital Marketing, Project Management, Communication Skills.

  • Behavioral Competencies: Exploring Possibilities, Meeting Timescales, Adopting Practical Approaches, Developing Expertise.
