Position Overview

• This position is responsible for the repair, installation, replacement, and servicing of air-conditioning systems for our clients. 


• It involves interactions with clients/customers, contractors and service providers in rendering air conditioning installation and repairs for our client.


• This role requires excellent people management skills, critical thinking & analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out preventive maintenance on Air-Conditioners


• Carrying out corrective maintenance on Air-Conditioners


• Conducting Routine maintenance checks


• Participating in Health Safety Security & Environment training and talks at the Organization’s Air-Conditioning Unit and group level.

Requirements

• A minimum of a OND/HND or a First Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any related field


• Technical certification in air-conditioning repairs


• A Minimum of 4 years’ hands-on experience in AC repairs and installation

Technical Skills:

• Environmental and Safety Awareness


• Airconditioning Installation


• Technical knowledge of repairs


• Interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings.
