Responsibilities




  • Preparing and overseeing the compensation process

  • Establish tables of accounts, and assign entries to proper accounts.

  • Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.

  • Sending bills and invoices to clients.

  • Tracking organization expenses and Processing Refunds.

  • Creating and processing invoices.

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statement and management account.

  • Maintain all accounting records.

  • Carry out daily reconciliation of all sales lodgments i.e cash or electronic payment to ensure correctness of all transactions.

  • Carry out weekly stock reconciliation.
