The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Oversee and manage fulfilment team daily activities to ensure accuracy, customer service and quality standards are maintained.
- Manage order processing, fulfilment (including picking and packing), warehouse operations, inventory and order tracking, quality control, and shipping preparation.
- Work closely with other team members such customer service, logistics, suppliers etc. to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are met.
- Tracking inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and/or deadstock
- Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfilment to meet operational goals
- Preventing inventory shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards
- Review reports generated by automated systems to identify potential problems or bottlenecks in fulfilment processes
- Effectively monitors the flow of goods through the inventory management system and warehouse physical storage.
Desired Experience / Knowledge / Qualifications
- B.Sc / HND
- Professional certification is an added advantage.
- 2-4 years hands-on experience in supply chain & logistics.
