Job Description

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Oversee and manage fulfilment team daily activities to ensure accuracy, customer service and quality standards are maintained.


• Manage order processing, fulfilment (including picking and packing), warehouse operations, inventory and order tracking, quality control, and shipping preparation.


• Work closely with other team members such customer service, logistics, suppliers etc. to ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations are met.


• Tracking inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and/or deadstock


• Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfilment to meet operational goals


• Preventing inventory shrinkage, accidents, and occupational hazards


• Review reports generated by automated systems to identify potential problems or bottlenecks in fulfilment processes


• Effectively monitors the flow of goods through the inventory management system and warehouse physical storage.

Desired Experience / Knowledge / Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND


• Professional certification is an added advantage.


• 2-4 years hands-on experience in supply chain & logistics.
