- Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective recruitment and timely filling of open positions.
- Oversee onboarding processes by preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.
- Resolve employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring effective issue resolution and compliance with company policies.
- Administer employee benefits, providing support with enrollment, inquiries, and changes to benefit plans.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor laws, contributing to the development and implementation of new policies.
- Prepare, maintain, and ensure compliance with HR documentation, including performance evaluations, disciplinary records, and other employment-related documents.
- Analyze and provide insights on HR metrics and reports, including turnover rates, recruitment progress, and employee satisfaction.
- Drive HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, training, and performance management processes.
- Collaborate with senior HR associates to identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and company policies.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software.
- Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
