  • Salary Range ₦100,000 - ₦150,000/month









  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

  •  Collaborate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective recruitment and timely filling of open positions.

  •  Oversee onboarding processes by preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR systems, ensuring compliance with data protection policies.

  • Resolve employee inquiries and concerns, ensuring effective issue resolution and compliance with company policies.

  •  Administer employee benefits, providing support with enrollment, inquiries, and changes to benefit plans.

  •  Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor laws, contributing to the development and implementation of new policies.

  • Prepare, maintain, and ensure compliance with HR documentation, including performance evaluations, disciplinary records, and other employment-related documents.

  • Analyze and provide insights on HR metrics and reports, including turnover rates, recruitment progress, and employee satisfaction.

  • Drive HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, training, and performance management processes.

  • Collaborate with senior HR associates to identify opportunities for process improvement within HR operations and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.



Education and Work Experience:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in a consulting environment.

  • Solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and company policies.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage employees at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining confidentiality.

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
