Job Summary

• We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Channel Development Officer to join our team in the fast-paced automobile industry. 


• This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and execution skills, who can manage channel expansion projects, dealer onboarding, and territory development initiatives. 


• The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing channel development strategies that enhance market reach, improve dealer performance, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage engineering projects involving site layout, expansions, renovations, and process improvement.


• Develop and execute strategies for expanding distribution channels and increasing market penetration.


• Develop and review factory layouts, production flows, and architectural plans


• Ensure projects meet technical specifications, regulatory compliance, safety, and quality standards.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality to align projects with business goals.


• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering or a related field


• 3 - 6 years of experience in project execution within the FMCG, automobile or manufacturing sector.


• Experience managing infrastructure or expansion projects (e.g. setting up distribution centres, retail outlets, etc.)


• Familiar with design tools (e.g. AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, SketchUp e.t.c)


• Excellent project management and communication skills.


• Understanding of architectural workflows, project lifecycles, or construction industry dynamics.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to connect with both creative and technical professionals.
