Job Summary




  • Achieving the Unit’s business goals through quality recruitment and training of Financial Advisers

  • Develop business segments as per company strategy



Key Responsibilities




  • To recruit a team of Financial Planners as per the corporate strategy

  • To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed

  • To develop various business segments as per the sales strategy

  • To train Financial Planners working closely with the Training unit

  • To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations



Profile




  • Graduate (B.SC, HND) with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience.



Critical Competencies:




  • Sound Knowledge of NAICOM regulations

  • Good Communication and team building Skills

  • Training and motivation capabilities

  • Must have managed a team



Key Interactions:




  • Customers

  • District / Territorial Manager

  • Financial Planners

  • Underwriting and Claims units

  • Training unit



Measures of Success:




  • Achievement of sales targets and others parameters, retention of Financial Planners.
