Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly organized, smart, and digitally inclined EA / Digital Operations Associate to provide direct support to the Managing Director of a dynamic FMCG company. 

  • This role blends executive assistance with digital content and operational coordination. 

  • The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and capable of handling both high-level strategic support and hands-on execution of digital tasks.



Key Responsibilities

Executive Support:




  • Act as a trusted aide to the MD, providing administrative, operational, and strategic support

  • Manage daily priorities, schedules, tasks, and follow-ups for the MD

  • Prepare briefs, presentations, and documentation ahead of meetings

  • Sit in on internal and external strategy meetings and track deliverables

  • Ensure smooth communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders



Digital Operations & Content:




  • Draft, review, and schedule digital content (emails, newsletters, social posts, internal updates)

  • Assist in developing brand-aligned content for campaigns, presentations, or business documents

  • Coordinate and streamline use of digital tools and platforms (e.g., Trello, Notion, Google Workspace, Canva)

  • Collaborate on marketing, research, and sales content creation

  • Support lead generation initiatives and client engagement follow-ups



Project & Client Coordination:




  • Monitor progress on ongoing projects and ensure timely delivery

  • Support the MD in client relationship management and engagement

  • Join MD on occasional client visits or virtual meetings when necessary

  • Document action items and ensure execution with internal stakeholders



Qualifications & Requirements




  • Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) from a reputable university

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in content marketing, digital operations, or a similar support role

  • Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient with digital collaboration tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Canva, CRM tools, social platforms)

  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities

  • Young, smart, professional, and ambitious.
