Job Summary




  • We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Business Assistant to support the executive and operational needs of our fast-paced media firm. 

  • The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating business activities, supporting client relationships, managing communications, and assisting with strategic initiatives to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide executive-level administrative support to senior management.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and schedules; prepare agendas and take minutes.

  • Assist with project management, tracking timelines, deliverables, and budgets.

  • Support client communication and follow-ups; help maintain positive relationships.

  • Assist with research and presentation materials for pitches, campaigns, and proposals.

  • Manage internal documentation, reports, and database systems.

  • Collaborate with various departments (marketing, sales, production) to align business goals.

  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to enhance business strategies.

  • Organize travel and logistics for team members and visiting clients.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or related field.

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role, preferably in a media or creative environment.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management tools.

  • Ability to adapt quickly, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
