Key Responsibilities
Lead regional sales strategy & business performance.
Manage and grow dealer networks and direct sales teams.
Develop and execute regional marketing strategies.
Handle a territory with 30-50 Base stations, 40-50 Dealers and Key retail outlets
Ensure efficient sales operations and performance management.
Drive direct sales to SMEs, handle retail shop management, and execute BTL activities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Recruit dealers/distributors and ensure collections from retail outlets.
Qualifications
Candidates should possesss a B.Sc / BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years' experience in sales (telecoms, FMCG, banking, insurance, media, e-commerce).
Strong experience in sales strategy development, team leadership, and KPI performance.
