We are looking for a creative and strategic Senior Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence, drive engagement, and grow our brand across digital platforms.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the development, launch, and management of strategic campaigns that elevate the organization’s brand and drive engagement.
Oversee the creation, editing, and publishing of compelling content across platforms, including original text, photos, videos, and news updates.
Manage and guide all social media interactions, ensuring timely responses and a consistently positive customer experience.
Monitor SEO, platform analytics, and user engagement, providing insights and recommending strategies for content optimization.
Analyze campaign performance data to measure effectiveness and refine future social media initiatives.
Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Direct the day-to-day operations of all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram), tailoring content to fit each channel’s audience and tone.
Develop and implement plans to grow and retain a strong, engaged follower base across key platforms.
Job Requirements
7 - 8 years proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, analytics, and paid advertising.
Proficiency in PhotoShop or CorelDraw is required
Experience with back-end development
Excellent copywriting, communication, and creativity skills.
