Role Summary



  • Oversee all activity of the CBU to ensure optimal performance of team members in meeting organizational goals and objectives. Your primary objective is to increase sales, turnover and profit and ensure customer satisfaction of service delivery.

  • Provide leadership to your Team

  • Oversee all Commercial Business Unit activities and ensure satisfactory performance.

  • Mastermind business growth and strategies to help meet organizational goals and objectives

  • Attend appointments/meetings with customers, build and nurture client relationships.

  • Strategic identification of new business opportunities.

  • Attend networking events and build industry connection in order to facilitate business growth

  • Work with HOP to ensure that the organization complies with contractual obligations as well as the state and federal regulations.

  • Assisting Ops. Dept. in maintaining high level service delivery

  • Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions.

  • Work with other departmental heads to determine company’s growth and KPIs

  • Negotiate new projects and contract terms with new client.

  • Build a good customer relationship with bank customers and, find out if their needs are being met

  • Get feedback from customer on service rendered.

  • Meeting and exceeding set sales goals and objectives.

  • Monitor’s marketing and sales performance and adjusts strategies as needed

  • Collection of letter appointment

  • Collection of copies of executed Tripartite Warehouse Agreement (TWA)

  • Collection of Job Completion Certificate on successful management of transaction

  • Prepare sales weekly/monthly report/itinerary for the MD

  • Conduct Sales visits to existing customers in other to grow volume from them

  • Prepare customers proposals and quotations, also handle correspondences.

  • Discuss service charges with MD

  • Review and discuss Sales progress and assignment with CBU Team

  • Provide Sales support to the CBU team

  • Discuss and provide operational assistance to the operations department

  • Attend monthly strategy and management meeting.

  • Providing Accounts dept. with new account details for monthly billing.

  • Ensure that monthly invoices are prepared and dispatched on time

  • Collection of receivables.

  • Prepare a report on competition market situations.

  • Prepare product analysis showing individual customer revenue/volume

  • Build customer Data Base

  • Any other responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director.


Requirements



  • B.Sc or HND

  • 3 years of experience in sales and customer service

  • Must have a good knowledge of supply chain management.
