Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead and manage a team of Area Managers, Sales Account Managers, and Sales Associates to achieve regional sales and account management targets.

  • Develop and execute region-specific sales strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Oversee client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, customer success, and operations teams.

  • Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.

  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and QMS ISO9001:2015 standards.

  • Communicate regional performance reports and key updates to senior management.



What We’re Looking For:




  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of proven experience in sales leadership, preferably within a B2B environment.

  • Strong background in account management and customer engagement.

  • Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.

  • A strategic thinker who is results-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.
