Our client, a community-driven initiative focused on empowering vulnerable populations is looking to hire a Programme Manager who will lead the strategic planning, funding, execution, and evaluation of the organization’s initiatives, ensuring operational excellence and long-term sustainability.



The role will focus on:




  • Securing funding through partnerships, grants, and corporate sponsorships.

  • Developing and managing community-driven projects, including food distribution, education support, and skills training.

  • Engaging donors, volunteers, and stakeholders to sustain and expand the initiative.

  • Leveraging technology and data to enhance efficiency, track impact, and optimize resource allocation.



This is a high-impact leadership role requiring strong project management expertise, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills to drive the initiative’s success.



Responsibilities



Programme Development & Execution




  • Design and implement quarterly outreach programs in alignment with the organization’s strategic pillars.

  • Oversee education support programs, including scholarships and school reintegration initiatives.

  • Develop and manage skills training and venture support programs to enhance economic empowerment.

  • Ensure smooth execution of medical outreaches, family support initiatives, and community engagement activities.

  • Establish and enforce monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess impact and effectiveness.



Fundraising, Grant Writing & Donor Relations




  • Develop and execute fundraising strategies to secure sustainable financial resources.

  • Identify and apply for grants, corporate sponsorships, and government funding opportunities.

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate donors, international foundations, and individual philanthropists.

  • Oversee the Adopt-a-Child initiative and other donor engagement programs.

  • Ensure transparent financial management and compliance with funding agreements.



Stakeholder & Community Engagement




  • Build and strengthen partnerships with NGOs, government agencies, religious institutions, and private sector organizations.

  • Mobilize volunteers, community leaders, and corporate sponsors to support program execution.

  • Represent the organization at fundraising events, networking forums, and policy advocacy meetings.



Operations & Team Leadership




  • Establish and lead a high-performing project team to drive efficiency and impact.

  • Oversee logistics, procurement, and distribution processes for outreach programs.

  • Develop risk management strategies to address operational challenges.

  • Ensure adherence to best practices in project governance and compliance.



Data & Impact Measurement




  • Implement real-time tracking systems to monitor program reach and effectiveness.

  • Prepare impact reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and program design.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Minimum 5 years' work experience with at least 2 years' experience in programme/project management, preferably in the humanitarian, social impact, or development sector.

  • Proven track record in fundraising, donor relations, and financial management.

  • Experience in community engagement, volunteer management, and stakeholder coordination.

  • Knowledge of monitoring, evaluation, and impact measurement frameworks.

  • Experience in logistics and supply chain coordination.

  • Project planning, budgeting, and execution expertise.

  • Ability to analyze data and generate impact-driven reports.

  • Fundraising, sponsorship & grant writing proficiency.



Must have skills




  • Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities.

  • Strong leadership, people management, and negotiation skills.
