We are seeking a dynamic and experienced talent acquisition officer to join our human resources team in Ikeja, Lagos.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background as an HR Assistant (3–5 years) and be passionate about attracting, retaining, and engaging top talent.
This role requires a proactive individual who can manage end-to-end recruitment processes, support employee engagement initiatives, and contribute to performance management and staff retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to select qualified candidates.
Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Support employee engagement programs and initiatives that foster a positive work environment.
Assist in implementing and tracking performance appraisal systems.
Provide insights and support in developing staff retention strategies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and recruitment metrics.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
