Job Summary

• Are you a highly organized and proactive individual with a passion for efficient inventory and warehouse management?


• Our client is seeking a Store Supervisor/ Officer to take charge of their warehouse operations and ensure seamless control of stock, timely deliveries, and proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the store/warehouse to ensure smooth workflow and optimal productivity


• Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock checks and reconciliations


• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods


• Ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing inventory


• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and production departments to support operational needs


• Implement and maintain health and safety procedures within the warehouse


• Lead and motivate a team of storekeepers or warehouse staff

Requirements

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, or working in a store or warehouse environment


• Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehousing best practices


• Proficiency in using inventory software and Microsoft Office tools


• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills


• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
