Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Controller with restaurant experience to manage food and operational costs, improve profitability, and enforce internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track food, beverage, and operational costs
- Analyze variances and provide cost-saving recommendations
- Conduct regular inventory audits
- Collaborate with procurement and kitchen teams
- Monitor waste and stock usage
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a cost controller in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and supply chain
- Familiarity with inventory and POS systems
