Job Summary:
We are looking for a strategic and people-centric Head of HR to lead all HR operations including talent acquisition, policy development, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals
- Oversee recruitment, training, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
- Develop compensation and benefits structures
- Drive organizational culture and leadership development
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role
- CIPM / PHRI / SHRM Certification
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR systems
