Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and people-centric Head of HR to lead all HR operations including talent acquisition, policy development, employee engagement, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals


• Oversee recruitment, training, and employee relations


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices


• Develop compensation and benefits structures


• Drive organizational culture and leadership development

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)


• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role


• CIPM / PHRI / SHRM Certification


• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills


• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR systems
