We’re looking for a **strategic Account Manager** to drive business growth and client relationships on Lagos Island. You’ll be the key link between our company and high-value clients, developing tailored solutions to expand our market share. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain long-term relationships** with key clients to drive organic growth.
Create and execute account strategies** to increase share of wallet and win new business.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity** to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams** (Marketing, Customer Care, Technical) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare pricing documentation, proposals, and reports** for management and clients.
Lead new business pitches** and oversee client onboarding processes.
Achieve revenue targets** by driving upsell/cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree** in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, or related field (2:2/Upper Credit).
5+ years of key account management experience**, preferably in B2B environments.
Proven track record** in business development, client retention, and revenue growth.
Strong commercial acumen** with expertise in pipeline management and sales methodologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills**.
Analytical mindset** with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.
