Key Responsibilities:




  • Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

  • Prepare and examine financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal regulations.

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all company financial activities.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Assist with budget preparation and expense monitoring.

  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

  • Support audits and implement financial controls.

  • Work with internal departments to ensure efficient processing of financial requests.



Requirements:




  • BSc/HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).

  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in real estate or property management.

  • Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and financial regulations.
