Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice on company operations, contracts, partnerships, and regulatory matters.


• Draft, review, and interpret legal documents, agreements, and contracts.


• Monitor legal risks in the company’s operations and recommend risk mitigation strategies.


• Ensure the company complies with all statutory and regulatory requirements.


• Liaise with external legal counsel when needed.


• Represent the company during negotiations and legal proceedings as required.


• Conduct legal research and keep the company informed of relevant legal developments.


• Assist in resolving disputes and managing legal aspects of employee relations, real estate transactions, and procurement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB); Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL) is mandatory.


• 1–3 years post-call experience in a corporate or legal firm setting.


• Strong understanding of Nigerian corporate, labor, and real estate law.


• Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.


• High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and provide timely legal solutions.
