Key Responsibilities:




  • Prepare accurate cost estimates and detailed project budgets.

  • Monitor and control costs throughout construction projects, ensuring financial targets are met.

  • Conduct site visits to assess progress and control project costs.

  • Draft tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.

  • Manage and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.

  • Review and evaluate contracts, identifying risks and offering financial advice.

  • Measure and value the work completed on-site and manage contractor payments.

  • Provide financial advice and support to the project team, ensuring timely decisions.



What We’re Looking For:




  • Years of experience in quantity surveying or cost management (construction experience is a plus).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
