JOB DESCRIPTION
Responding to Direct Messages (DMs) (Monitor and reply promptly to inquiries received through social media and messaging platforms with a human touch, Provide accurate information about services, convert inquiries into appointments by guiding potential patients through the booking process)
- Appointment Scheduling (Book, reschedule and cancel appointments efficiently)
- Patient Communication (Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and empathy, Provide information about our services, procedures and insurance)
- Data Entry and Management (Accurately input patient data and proper management)
- Follow- Ups (Proper follow up on all in and out patients)
- Gives daily, weekly and monthly report to the appropriate channel.
- Any other relevant duties as assigned by the management.
