Job Description
- We’re hiring a Technical Support and Implementation Manager to lead support and implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software/system implementation
- Liaise with clients for successful deployments
- Coordinate Sales, Development & Customer Success teams
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Conduct regular client and internal check-ins
- Improve support tools, train team, monitor performance
- Represent support team in company-wide initiatives
Requirements:
- 5–6 years in tech support, implementation & enterprise apps
- Strong customer service, multitasking & problem-solving skills
- SQL/database admin & intermediate C#/Java/Python skills
- Familiar with support systems, project tools & CRM
- Knowledge of cloud, networking, cybersecurity
Education & Certifications:
- BSc in Computing, Engineering or related fields
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certifications preferred
Tech Skills:
- PL/SQL, DevOps, C#, Java, Python
- Docker & Kubernetes familiarity
