Job Description







  • We’re hiring a Technical Support and Implementation Manager to lead support and implementation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead end-to-end software/system implementation

  • Liaise with clients for successful deployments

  • Coordinate Sales, Development & Customer Success teams

  • Maintain project documentation and reports

  • Conduct regular client and internal check-ins

  • Improve support tools, train team, monitor performance

  • Represent support team in company-wide initiatives



Requirements:




  • 5–6 years in tech support, implementation & enterprise apps

  • Strong customer service, multitasking & problem-solving skills

  • SQL/database admin & intermediate C#/Java/Python skills

  • Familiar with support systems, project tools & CRM

  • Knowledge of cloud, networking, cybersecurity



Education & Certifications:




  • BSc in Computing, Engineering or related fields

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certifications preferred



Tech Skills:




  • PL/SQL, DevOps, C#, Java, Python

  • Docker & Kubernetes familiarity
