We are seeking a friendly, organized, and tech-savvy Front Desk & Customer Support Associate to be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. The ideal candidate will combine a welcoming presence with strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding customer support, both in-person and through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the front-facing representative, warmly welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, clarity, and efficiency.
Maintain an organized front desk and ensure all customer-facing areas reflect a high standard of professionalism.
Support onboarding of new users/customers and guide them through the usage of our digital services.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Tech) to escalate and resolve service issues as needed.
Document customer interactions and update records accurately using CRM systems.
Support administrative duties and contribute to improving customer experience strategies.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.
