Responsibilities 

• Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., online job boards, social media, networking)


• Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to offer and onboarding.


• Conduct and manage interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations for hiring.


• Negotiate offers with candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding process.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide excellent recruitment services.


• Work closely with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful recruitment.


• Track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide reports on recruitment performance.


• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify potential candidates.

Requirements 

• Candidates must have worked in a consulting firm as a recruiter.


• Candidates must also have CIPM or any other HR certifications.
