Job Brief



  • Tynor: Is into Orthotics, which is highly competitive and needs a bit different stroke in selling, unlike popping a tablet or using an OTC products.

  • These products are not consumed but are worn outside for medical benefit. So people often compromise on the quality for price.

  • Tynor is a premium product with a relatively higher price.


Job Responsibilities



  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers.

  • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.

  • Developing in-depth knowledge of company products.

  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.

  • Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.

  • Product improvements and changes to ensure that products meet current market needs.

  • Preparing benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.


Job Requirements



  • Science graduate

  • With experience of 1-2 years as a Medical Sales Reps.

  • Preferably have experience of any product being dealt with an ortho Dr.

  • Smart & Capable to communicate well in English.

  • Good Negotiation skills.

  • Capable to build & maintain relationship with the customers.

  • Having go getter attitude.

  • Their passports/photograph should be attached to their résumé.
