Job Summary: 

• We are seeking resourceful and innovative Supply Chain Officer who will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods throughout the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery by monitoring inventory levels, maintaining supplier relationships, and implementing supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Procurement: Identifying and sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing purchase orders for raw materials and inventory. 


• Inventory Management: Tracking and monitoring stock levels, optimizing storage space, and preventing stockouts or overstocking. 


• Logistics Coordination: Arranging transportation and delivery schedules, coordinating with carriers and warehouses to ensure timely product movement.


• Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers, evaluating performance, and addressing any issues.


• Demand Forecasting: Analyzing sales trends and market data to predict future demand and optimize inventory levels. 


• Cost Analysis: Identifying cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain and managing procurement budgets. 


• Compliance Management: Ensuring adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies throughout the supply chain. 


• Reporting and Analysis: Generating reports on key supply chain metrics (e.g., lead times, inventory turnover, delivery performance) to identify areas for improvement. 


• Risk Management: Identifying potential supply chain disruptions and developing mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or other related fields.


• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience 


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills 


• Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analysis 


• Project management skills to execute supply chain initiatives 


• Understanding of logistics and transportation operations 


• Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements 


• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
