Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase revenue from wellness services, and product sales.

  • Identify and generate leads through various channels, including social media, referrals, partnerships, and networking.

  • Motivate and drive the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Organize regular team meetings to review progress, discuss challenges, and refine sales strategies.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

  • Implement effective customer follow-up strategies to exceed targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM systems, and sales analytics.
