Job Description:

• Adron Real Estate Company is seeking Regional Content Creators to work closely with our construction teams to produce high-quality video content showcasing our estate activities and projects. As a Regional Content Creator, you'll be responsible for capturing the essence of our projects, creating engaging video updates, and collaborating with the marketing team to drive brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with regional construction teams to plan and execute video content strategies


• Produce high-quality video updates on estate activities, projects, and events


• Conduct interviews with construction teams, clients, and other stakeholders


• Capture project progress, milestones, and achievements through video content


• Edit and finalize video content for marketing purposes


• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging

Requirements:

• Proven experience in video production, content creation, or a related field


• Strong understanding of video production techniques, lighting, and sound


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Strong organizational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)


• Knowledge of storytelling techniques and content creation best practices


• Familiarity with real estate or construction industry
