Job Summary
- The Art Director will lead the creative concepting, visual direction, and design execution for events, experiential marketing, and brand campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Direction & Concept Development:
- Translate briefs into innovative and compelling visual narratives
- Lead brainstorming sessions with designers, copywriters, and account leads
- Develop event themes, brand campaigns, storyboards, and mood boards.
Design Oversight & Supervision:
- Guide internal and external creative teams through the design process
- Ensure all visual assets (print, digital, environmental, stage, signage) meet brand guidelines and quality standards
- Approve final concepts, layouts, and production-ready files.
Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with event managers, clients, and production teams to ensure alignment between creative concepts and event logistics
- Present creative ideas to clients and stakeholders confidently and clearly
- Collaborate with 3D designers, fabricators, and multimedia teams on spatial and interactive designs.
Project & Team Management:
- Manage timelines for creative deliverables from ideation to execution
- Provide feedback, mentorship, and direction to junior designers and freelancers
- Ensure resource planning and creative output stay within timelines and budgets.
Requirements
- Degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Design, or related fields.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in creative/art direction within the events, advertising, or experiential marketing industries
- Strong portfolio showcasing event stage designs, branding campaigns, and visual storytelling
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and basic understanding of motion graphics or 3D rendering tools is a plus
- Excellent understanding of spatial design, branding, and production processes.
