Job Summary




  • The Graphics Designer will play a key role in conceptualizing and producing visual assets for event branding, promotional materials, and digital content. 

  • The ideal candidate is both creative and detail-oriented, with strong design sensibility and the ability to work under tight deadlines.



Key Responsibilities

Event Branding & Marketing Collateral:




  • Design logos, banners, stage backdrops, and signage for events

  • Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, event themes, and client proposals

  • Create visually engaging event brochures, invitations, and promotional flyers



Digital & Social Media Assets:




  • Design digital graphics for web and social media (e.g., event countdowns, teaser visuals, recaps)

  • Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and campaigns

  • Collaborate with content and marketing teams for campaign alignment



Production Coordination:




  • Prepare print-ready files and liaise with vendors for production accuracy

  • Review physical samples for color accuracy, alignment, and finish

  • Ensure timely delivery of materials for all event deadlines



Creative Collaboration:




  • Work closely with Art Directors, Event Planners, and Clients to interpret creative briefs

  • Present design ideas clearly and accept feedback constructively

  • Maintain organized files and version control across projects



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a focus on events and branding

  • A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing design work across print and digital formats

  • Proven experience designing for events, activations, or experiential campaigns



Key Skills & Competencies:




  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign is a must)

  • Knowledge of layouts, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling

  • Strong time management and ability to prioritize multiple design projects

  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for visual quality and accuracy

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
