Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Specialist to lead and manage core HR functions including recruitment and talent management, performance management, employee relations, policy development, compliance, compensation and benefits, training, employee engagement, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is proactive, people-focused, and passionate about shaping strong workplace culture.



Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Management:




  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for all departments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.

  • Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure seamless new hire integration.



Performance Management:




  • Coordinate the implementation of performance appraisal systems.

  • Work closely with department heads to define KPIs and development goals.

  • Provide performance support and feedback structures to drive productivity.



Employee Relations & Engagement:




  • Foster positive employee relations and a high-performance culture.

  • Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts in line with company values and legal guidelines.

  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and well-being programs.



Policy Development & Compliance:




  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and employee handbooks in line with Nigerian labor law.

  • Ensure organizational compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. employee records, pensions, tax).

  • Advise management on risk mitigation from an HR perspective.



Learning & Development:




  • Assess training needs and oversee the planning and execution of development programs.

  • Support career pathing and succession planning within departments.



Qualifications & Experience




  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of HR experience in a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Proven experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
