Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, International Development, or related fields.


• 3+ years of experience conducting research using diverse methodologies (qualitative, quantitative, mixed-methods, RCTs, quasi-experimental design, etc.)


• Software proficiency: PowerPoint, Excel, R, KoboToolbox, SPSS, Stata, NVivo, Python, Atlas, Dedoose.


• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, preferably with donors andgovernment.


• Experience in developing knowledge productssuch as technical reports, briefs, policy briefsetc.


• Project implementation experience, preferably in the health and development sector.


• Willingness to work onsite (must be resident in Abuja).


• Fluency in Hausa is a plus.
