Job Summary

• The job holder will be responsible for supporting all VSO project teams to analyse and document safeguarding risks and their mitigating actions from the start of project design through to implementation in line with current policy and guidance.


• To continuously build the capacity of project staff in their understanding of safeguarding as it relates to VSO people, programmes and partners.

Ideal Applicant Summary

• We are seeking a safeguarding professional with proven experience in child protection, PSEA, and managing high-volume casework, along with providing confidential support.


• The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of safeguarding best practices and completed training in safeguarding, child protection, and safeguarding investigations.
