Role Responsibilities

• Sustain effective 6S and Autonomous Maintenance.


• Ensure zero production downtime


• Ensure sustainability improvement in the Production Line.


• Ensure improved manufacturing processes.


• Ensure equipment reliability and availability for production.


• Conduct regular preventive and autonomous maintenance


• Ensure continuous improvement in Production Lines.


• Provide continuous training's initiatives for Manufacturing Team.


• Ensure safety measures and procedures are strictly complied to, during repairs and maintenance.


• Assist equipment maintenance and repair budget and cost.

Requirements and skills

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.


• Proven 5 years work experience in a similar role.


• Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).


• Sound understanding of safety regulation, procedures and policieswith a problem-solving attitude.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
