Job Summary




  • Responsible for the development, implementation and documentation of Mantrac Nigeria Power System Projects.

  • Improvement of Customer experience as related to project delivery.



Main Duties and Responsibilities




  • Coordinate power system project management in the segments of Telecom, Oil and gas, Banking and manufacturing industries, FMCG

  • Liaise with CSD to achieve panel fabrication and installations that they meet up with International standards and specifications as well as timing

  • Intimate customer on project schedules

  • Coordinate with the Application and Commissioning manager on project commissioning and hand over.

  • Coordinate logistic scope with administrative team

  • Coordinate with Product support for CVA implementation

  • Coordinate project meetings with internal stakeholders and customer as necessary

  • Relate with product support team on necessary part stock list for customer and CIC

  • Plan projects in order to accomplish its goals within constraints such as time, cost and agreed quality standards.

  • Schedule tasks, deadlines and milestones for all stakeholders and resources.

  • Create Gantt chart using MS project or any other professional Project Management software.

  • Create detailed chart of milestones for all parties

  • Run the project on a day-to-day basis

  • Efficiently and competently manage problems, when things go off plan (due to scope-creep, changed requirements, missed deadlines etc.) bring them back on plan or create a new plan with the assistance of key-stakeholders.

  • Intimately understand the requirements of the project and ensure that work proceeds on-spec.

  • Evaluate deliverables prepared by the team to make sure the work meets requirements and maintains a high level of quality Constantly monitor and report on the progress of a project to all stakeholders.

  • Handover project information to Site Commissioning Engineer

  • Obtain, discuss and follow-through with feedback from Customer.

  • Work with customer to keep project focused within scope.

  • Investigate and answer customer questions.

  • Coordinate PDI and FAT with Application and Commissioning manager support.

  • Prepare project documentation and all technical information and references to be handed over to service department and customer.

  • Prepare detailed project documentation to be used as reference for new project.

  • Reporting project progress to Application and Commissioning Manager, Segment managers Bi weekly
