We're seeking experienced Area Sales Managers to drive sales growth, manage distributors, and ensure optimal product distribution nationwide.
Proven FMCG sales experience and strong leadership skills required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage the sales team within the assigned territory to ensure optimal distribution and availability of Chivita | Hollandia’s products across all relevant outlets.
Develop and implement an effective coverage and contact strategy aimed at increasing market share in the designated area.
Achieve agreed sales and performance targets/KPIs, including sell-in, sell-out, credit and cash management, product mix, and focus on new product development (NPD).
Drive key sales enablers and initiatives to support overall sales objectives.
Lead monthly business review sessions with key distributors to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of any degree
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a sales role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in distributor management and sales target achievement.
Willingness to travel and work across different regions.
