We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Quality Control Officer or Consultant to ensure the quality, consistency, and compliance of our bio-based agricultural products—specifically bio-plant stimulants, soil conditioners, and related input materials. This role involves overseeing product formulation processes, conducting field and lab inspections, and establishing quality benchmarks while offering flexibility through a part-time or retainer-based engagement, working on a schedule that aligns with project needs. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining product integrity, contributing to customer satisfaction, and the success of our innovative solutions, leveraging their expertise in a flexible capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain comprehensive quality assurance protocols for bio-stimulants, soil conditioners, and related products.


• Conduct routine quality checks during production and prior to dispatch to ensure products meet internal and regulatory standards.


• Establish and maintain comprehensive documentation of test results, corrective actions, and quality improvement plans.


• Collaborate closely with product development and supply teams to ensure consistency across product batches.

Preferred Background:

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Agricultural Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related fields (or equivalent experience).


• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in quality control or production supervision within the agricultural or FMCG-related sectors.


• Prior experience working as a consultant or on a retainer basis, demonstrating the ability to manage projects independently and deliver results within flexible arrangements, is a plus.
