• We are seeking a seasoned and highly experienced Foreman to take charge of on-site operations across a range of complex construction projects. This is a leadership role requiring deep industry knowledge, a proactive approach, and the ability to deliver results under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all on-site activities to ensure quality and efficiency


• Coordinate teams of tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers


• Enforce strict adherence to project specifications, timelines, and safety regulations


• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical and operational issues promptly


• Liaise closely with project managers, engineers, and clients


• Maintain detailed reports on progress and site conditions

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum of 8+ years experience in the construction industry, including 5+ years in a Foreman or supervisory role


• Strong leadership and team coordination skills


• Expert understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies


• Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical plans


• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget


• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
