Job Responsibilities:



Copy Writing




  • Write copies for a variety of media including social, print, video, press releases and online.

  • Collaborate with the Visual Design unit to develop and implement brand guidelines in client communication.

  • Produce creative ideas for innovative campaigns

  • Edit and proofread work to ensure high editorial standards are met across all content outputs.

  • Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere.

  • Participate actively in brainstorming meetings and drive creative sessions.

  • Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects

  • with the desired audience and drives action.

  • Ability to vary voice, style and other characteristics demanded by the industry, client or target audience.

  • See projects through the whole creative lifestyle, from inception to deployment.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and client-related industry trends.



Social Media




  • Manage our company's social media accounts.

  • Research and plan content strategy for social media campaigns by considering the latest trends.

  • Develop and publish engaging posts that engage audiences and promote our brand.

  • Collaborate with the design team to get the images and videos designed on time.

  • Schedule social media posts using online schedulers.

  • Build a community by engaging the audience with meaningful conversations and responding to their comments.

  • Connect with industry influencers for brand promotions.

  • Monitor brand mentions and promote user-generated content to connect with the audience personally.

  • Analyze social media analytics to measure the performance of the campaigns.

  • Stay updated about the latest features and other offerings of social media platform



Requirements:




  • Proficiency in word and PowerPoint – ability to manipulate any word and PowerPoint documents.

  • A minimum of 4 years’ experience in Marketing & Communications; directly responsible for delivering on objectives and strategic initiatives on behalf of clients/ agency/ organization.

  • Creative and innovative writing skills.

  • Relationship Management.

  • Good team-working skills.

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Able to think laterally to come up with great work, breath-taking and fully written concepts.

  • The ability to meet and converse with clients, either to develop a brief or to present creative work.

  • Ability to manage own time in order to produce agreed workload.

  • Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and with strong attention to detail.
