Responsibilities

- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics.
- Oversee office supplies and inventory management.
- Maintain confidential files and documents.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal team members professionally.
- Assist in coordinating company events and projects.
Measurable KPIs
- Response time to correspondence (target: within 24 hours).
- Accuracy and completeness of reports/documents.
- Calendar management efficiency.

Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience supporting senior management.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, scheduling software, and email management.
- Certification in Office Administration or Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP Junior) is a plus.
