- We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and execution-focused Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO and leadership team.
- This critical role is designed to drive accountability, streamline operations, and support the successful execution of key business initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong project management capabilities, a solid understanding of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Alignment & Accountability:
- Ensure strategic alignment across departments by driving execution on key initiatives.
- Hold leaders and team members accountable for goals, deliverables, and quarterly Rocks.
- Track and report progress on strategic objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), and key results (KRs).
- Champion and facilitate EOS implementation, ensuring productive Level 10 meetings and effective resolution of issues.
Project & Task Management:
- Lead project planning and execution across the organization.
- Manage company-wide use of project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track initiatives and team deliverables.
- Anticipate roadblocks, identify solutions, and maintain momentum on critical tasks and deadlines.
People & Team Operations:
- Partner with leadership to build culture, evangelize mission and manage team performance and alignment.
- Support new team member onboarding and clarity of responsibilities.
- Develop systems for tracking individual and team performance metrics.
Drive Productivity and team cohesion.
Process Documentation & Optimization:
- Build and maintain robust documentation of business processes across all departments.
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists for recurring workflows.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements.
Technology & Systems Support:
- Oversee team access and permissions to internal tools and platforms. Review AI tools, develop and design roll out and strategic implementation plans.
- Recommend and help implement AI, automation, and technology tools to improve collaboration, automation, and productivity.
- Lead the rollout and training of new systems or software upgrades.
Strategic Support & Business Planning:
- Serve as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CEO on key business decisions.
- Compile data and insights to inform planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
- Support the development of business models, growth plans, and expansion strategies.
EOS & Leadership Meeting Management:
- Facilitate weekly Level 10 meetings and quarterly/annual planning sessions.
- Ensure meetings are structured, focused, and outcome-driven.
- Track issues, decisions, and follow-ups to ensure ongoing accountability and execution.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in Chief of Staff, Operations, Project Management, or Strategic Business Support roles.
- Hands-on experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) and leading EOS implementation.
- Excellent project management skills; proficiency with tools like Asana, Notion, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
- Strong leadership, team alignment, and performance management skills.
- Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of business systems and workflow tools.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
- Capable of working independently and driving outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to facilitate alignment across diverse stakeholders.
