Job Description

• As a Turbine Operator at our company,you will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of steam and gas turbines, ensuring efficient and safe production processes.

Duties

Your key duties will include:

• Operating and monitoring turbine performance, making necessary adjustments to maintain optimal efficiency.


• Conducting regular inspections and maintenance on turbine equipment to prevent malfunctions.


• Logging operational data and reporting any irregularities or issues to the Supervisors.


• Coordinating with maintenance teams to schedule downtime for repairs and upgrades.


• Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations.


• Training and mentoring junior operators in turbine operations and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field.


• 3 - 10 years experience as a turbine operator in an industrial setting.
