Job Summary




  • Our security company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive client acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the security services industry, with proven experience in identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape

  • Collaborate with management to develop effective marketing and sales strategies

  • Monitor and report on sales performance and business growth opportunities

  • Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and other business functions

  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage post-sales services to maintain client loyalty



Requirements




  • A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing

  • experience in the security services industry is an added advantage

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
