Our security company is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive client acquisition, market expansion, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, preferably in the security services industry, with proven experience in identifying new business opportunities and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Collaborate with management to develop effective marketing and sales strategies
Monitor and report on sales performance and business growth opportunities
Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and other business functions
Ensure client satisfaction and manage post-sales services to maintain client loyalty
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
experience in the security services industry is an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
