Job Summary

• Operate and monitor Topra or Emba flexo printing machines for corrugated packaging production.


• Set up printing jobs, including plate mounting, ink mixing, and substrate loading.


• Adjust machine settings for proper ink distribution, registration, print pressure, and speed.


• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure consistency, color accuracy, and alignment.


• Troubleshoot print defects and mechanical issues during runs.


• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance, and basic repairs to minimize downtime.


• Record production data accurately, including job details, materials usage, and output.


• Work closely with supervisors, maintenance, and quality control teams to meet daily production targets.


• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree.


• Proven experience as a Machine Operator, specifically with Husky and SACMI machines.


• Ability to work on shifts, including nights and weekends, as required.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
